My name is Pablo Moscoso. I’m from Chile and I live in Berlin since 3 years with my wife (also Chilean) and with my 10-month-old son. I come from a family with a long culinary tradition and also my father has owned different restaurants in Chile. That's why I grew up in the aromas and flavors of good cooking. Along with my studies and job as an historian, I worked in several restaurants in Santiago de Chile and in Berlin. Currently I’m chef at Twinpigs Bar, where I developed the current gourmet sandwich menu. But I also enjoy preparing different types of delights at home, inviting friends and having a good time. Berlin is a city where hundreds of different cultures live together. More than a modern Babelia, it is a great world in which these cultures converse in multiple ways. The menu I offer honors these differences and shows a way to merge classic elements of German gastronomy with the techniques and flavors of Latin America.
